| | Paul Taylor - Chairman Paul has been an executive in the UK retail trade for over 30 years including senior positions in some of the largest high street brands including Chairman and Managing Director of the Dickins & Jones Group and MD of Harrods who he represented on the Main Board of House of Fraser Plc and recently CEO and Chairman of Hilco UK. | | | Colin Black Colin is a chartered accountant with considerable experience in the IT sector. In the 90’s he was FD of a software and services group which grew to £35m in revenue and expanded into 7 European countries, mainly by way of acquisitions and start up. He then bought his own business via a MBO, grew it organically and by acquisition and subsequently successfully sold to a public company. He also has considerable experience as a non-executive director for both private and public companies, where he has been involved in a range of projects from recovery scenarios to AIM floatations. Colin is an active member of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists and its Entrepreneurship Committee. | | | Nabil Shabka Nabil founded BiblioTech, now Spider Networks, in 1996 and was CEO until 2004, BiblioTech was formed to create and run web based applications for individuals and groups of users. There were over 500,000 people from schools, education districts, businesses and clubs using these services in 2004. For the 10 years prior to this Nabil was involved in London's capital markets. | | | Cliff Smith Cliff has almost 30 years of experience in the computer industry. He started his career at IBM UK and later joined Computer Associates where he held a number of senior positions including Sales Director Germany and Managing Director for the UK. Cliff left Computer Associates in early 1996 to start Conversion Technologies Ltd which later merged with Millennia III in January 1997. As a co-founder of both organisations he was on the management team responsible for product/service/methodology creation and delivery including the bottom line in the UK. As well as leading from the front with the sales and marketing effort, he was responsible for recruitment, delivery and high-level client management. Mid-way through the second year Millennia III was sold to EMC. | | | Philip Waite Philip spent 17 years in London’s capital markets. In 1999 he joined BiblioTech Holdings Plc as the Executive Director responsible for Member Services. BiblioTech is an Internet company focused on providing a suite of web-based applications to consumers and the education market with over 500,000 registered users. |
